Applications

  • Maintains fabric brilliance and color accuracy for standard sample matching
Application Method

After dyeing, treat soaped shell fabric with this product at pH 5.5-6.5 and temperature of 50-70°C for 15-20 minutes. Gradually heat after adding fixative.

Technical Parameters:

  • Dosage: 0.5%-2% (o.w.f)
  • Temperature: 45-60°C
  • Time: 20-30 minutes
  • pH: 6-7

Process Flow: Dyeing → Washing → Soap boiling → Washing → Fixation → Washing → Finishing
